OMJ is a tech-driven staffing engine connecting verified, ready-to-work contractors with businesses requiring temporary staff. Transforming the temporary recruitment space for both businesses and contractors.
Businesses can fill shifts fast, with no middleman and lag, at a fraction of the cost of agencies. Contractors can directly apply for live shifts in a few clicks and get paid the next day. All in one easy to use app that was developed and is supported here in New Zealand.
Our Backstory
Founded by Darren Blythe and Michelle Batchelor, our journey began with a shared vision: to reshape the way businesses approach temp staffing in today’s fast-paced world. Having seen firsthand the challenges of traditional systems, inefficiencies, rising costs, and the constant stress of last-minute changes, Darren and Michelle set out to create a smarter, more flexible solution.
Driven by their backgrounds in recruitment and with over 50 years combined experience, they have built a platform designed to empower both employers and workers, making staffing seamless, transparent, and reliable.
