Found the process intuitive and straight forward. My team is tech-saavy so it was easy to pick up 

What was the the biggest benefit for you? 

Seeing how many workers were available and seeing quickly their skill level.

What features saved you time or simplified the workflow? 

  • New 'add crew member' was valuable
  • Invoicing was nice and easy
  • Chat via the app was really helpful

How has your experience been compared to using other agencies?

Temp agencies in NZ are not specialised for AV, more catering and events, so not a good fit. OMJ has potential!

What value have you seen so far from the app?

The app is nice, calm and easy to use. Potential to lean on OMJ more heavily in future, especially as instead of using his internal pool where he has to put the call out twice!
