How did you find OMJ's ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) function?

Have not needed to use the ETA, as we've used a favourited contractor, and know she always turns up on time. 

How intuitive did you find the process of publishing a shift and offering it to a contractor? 

You guys have done a great job and praise the platform for it's simplicity, quick set up and user friendly lay-out. 

What features saved you time or simplified the workflow?

The offer a shift and a person accepting a role is very easy to manage.

How has your experience been compared to using other agencies?

This is way easier compared to the agency we use normally and the cost is better. 

Has OMJ impacted your business operations positively? 

It is super quick and again, the ease of use means I don't have to spend much time on it. We see it being very vital between mid-December and then end Jan to mid March. We see great value that it's going to bring to our business.

Yes, first up the customer service. You guys have been great in explaining the platform and how to get the most out of it. This is great to ensure as a company we can deliver our services to our customers. 

What was your favourite aspects of the app?

It's simplicity. Its as easy as putting up a picture on instagram. It is important that is easy to use.
