Delete Account

We’re sorry to see you go! While we’d love for you to stay, we understand that sometimes it’s time to move on. If you need to delete your account, we’ve made the process simple and straightforward. Below, you’ll find the steps to follow. But if there’s anything we can do to make your experience better, we’d love to hear from you!

Before you proceed, please note: You can only delete your account if you are not assigned to any upcoming shifts and have no pending invoices (including disputed invoices).

Follow these steps to delete your account:

Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Open the app, enter your credentials, and click on your name to navigate to your profile page.

Step 2: Go to Account Settings
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner to open Account Settings.

Step 3: Select ‘Delete Account’
Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and tap ‘Delete my Account’ to submit your request. Your account will be permanently deleted, and you will be logged out of the account. 

If you wish to return, you will need to create a new account.
