"Get 5 shifts with no OMJ fees" promotion

 Definitions:

• Client means a person, limited liability company or organisation who advertises a Job for acceptance and performance by a Contractor.
• Contractor means an individual who accepts and performs a Job for a Client.
• Job means services offered by a Client via the App for acceptance by a Contractor in accordance with a contract for services between the Client and the Contractor, which may include one or more days or timeframes.
• OMJ (Oh My Jobs) means Pressure Blythe Limited t/a OMJ (Oh My Jobs).

1. Start Date: 9am on Wednesday 25 June 2025.
2. End Date: 11.59pm on Sunday 31 August 2025.
3. The offer covers the standard OMJ fees typically added to a contractor's hourly rate. 
4. A credit of $200 (covering the OMJ fee for 40 hours work, equivalent to five shifts, of eight hours each) will be applied once the Client signs up to OMJ.
5. The credit will only be applied to the standard OMJ fee of $5 per hour, which is added to a contractor's hourly rate.
6. This offer is valid for Clients who sign up to the Oh My Jobs app during the promotional period.
7. The offer is not available to Contractors registering via the Oh My Jobs contractor app.
8. This promotion is managed by OMJ (the Service Provider).
9. The offer is not redeemable for cash or any alternative form of payment.
10. Limit of one promotional credit per account.

1. Signing up to the OMJ app is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Service Provider may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence a promotion or the terms and conditions of any promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
3. The Service Provider takes no responsibility for any customer’s inability to participate in a promotion for any reason.
4. Any decisions made by the Service Provider in relation to a promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider, its licensors (including Oh My Jobs) and any of their personnel (the "Relevant Parties") exclude all liability for any loss (including any damage, claim, personal injury, cost or expense) which is suffered or incurred by in connection with the promotion.
6. OMJ is not liable or in any way responsible for the conduct, representations, or the performance of obligations of any other person (including without limitation any retailer in respect of any promotion).
7. All personal information collected by the Supplier during a promotion will be collected and stored in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and the Suppliers privacy policy. You have the right to access your personal information and request correction of any errors in it pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993. The Supplier may supply the personal information of a customer obtained from that customer to the Relevant Parties and such personal information may be used by a Relevant Party in the conduct of the promotion and to provide services and marketing materials in the future.
